At the heart of our work lies the belief that every child deserves access to quality education, and we are passionate about empowering the communities we support to unlock their full potential. Though there is still much to be done to help the disadvantaged communities in Uganda, our impact is undeniable.
ACRAM Foundation in Uganda: Building Schools for a Brighter Future
Every child deserves a quality education, but for many in Uganda, this is not a reality. With low school enrolment and attendance rates, a lack of educational infrastructure in remote areas, and poor learning environments, children are unable to reach their full potential. That’s where ACRAM Foundation steps in.
By building schools in remote areas, ACRAM Foundation is increasing literacy rates and setting the foundation for a productive and self-determined life. We aim to reduce school dropout rates and increase continuation rates from primary to secondary school, encouraging parents and community members to support their children in education.

It all starts with strong partnerships. ACRAM Foundation develops “Collaborative partnerships” with those who have the vision, drive, and community standing to empower locals to
create positive change. Together, we identify communities with a high need for safe and secure school infrastructure.
We understand that attaining significant, sustainable development necessitates a team effort and an all-encompassing strategy. For this reason, in addition to constructing schools, we collaborate closely with neighborhood groups on educational projects that go beyond conventional classroom instruction.

Our efforts include awarding scholarships to worthy students, encouraging parents and neighbors to support education, and enabling women and girls to continue their education through mentoring and life skills instruction. By doing this, we not only provide kids with the educational resources they need to
achieve but also create a nurturing environment that promotes learning and development.

The ACRAM Foundation is tackling the underlying issues that
contribute to Uganda’s subpar educational achievements. This
includes tackling systemic issues like gender inequality and
poverty as well as improving infrastructure, such as access to
clean water and sanitation.
We can bring about significant change in a community that
lasts much into our time there by concentrating on long-term,
sustainable solutions. Our mission is to enable people and
communities to get the information and skills they need to
flourish on their own and shape their own development.
